It <br />proposes to carry forward spending authority for projects and expenditures not completed in <br />2023 and to appropriate new funding for financial activities that will occur this year. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt an Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2024 revised City of Everett Budget and <br />amending Ordinance No. 3983-23. <br />
