Increased patrols will <br />be emphasized around emergency and cold weather shelters within downtown Everett that have additional security needs as well other <br />high impact areas. The grant supports approximately six months of security services, beginning in August 2023. This reappropriation <br />proposes to carry forward unspent grant funds in the amount of $133,080. <br />Council adopted Ordinance 3106-08 that authorized the use of automated traffic safety cameras to detect and record the image of <br />stoplight violations. The implementation of these cameras is projected to increase customer interaction with Municipal Court. Phone calls, <br />payments, hearings, processing of photo enforcement tickets, and foot traffic will substantially increase. This reappropriation proposes to <br />carry forward $59,478 to continue the implement of nCourt, OCourt, and Laserfiche systems that will be used to process and store court <br />files and documents electronically, as well as provide an option for online payments. <br />This reappropriation proposes to carry forward $385,040 of the Information Technology Reserve budget to complete the following IT <br />projects: <br />--Serverless printing <br />--Court digital transformation <br />--Cayenta upgrade <br />--Fuel infrastructure upgrades <br />Tally 2024 <br />ATTACHMENT A
