The amended contract amount is $238,343 for a contract total not to exceed $553,037. Project summary statement: The original Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Parametrix was approved by Council May 25, 2022. The scope of service was to take the Everett Municipal Building-Public Works Tenant Improvements through the State’s Capital Projects Advisory Board (CPARB) - Project Review Committee (PRC). Following State approval, Parametrix provided advisory and owner assistance in the selection process of the General Contractor. Amendment No.1 extended the time of completion of Parametrix, Inc. and amended the contract amount to support the Everett Municipal Building-Public Works Tenant Improvements project team with continued General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) Advisory and Project Management Services during Phase 2, design and permitting. Amendment No. 2 will extend the scope of services in order to support phase 3, subcontractor bidding, construction, GC/CM advisory services, warranty, and project closeout.
