The <br />amended contract amount is $238,343 for a contract total not to exceed $553,037. <br /> <br />Project summary statement: <br />The original Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Parametrix was approved by Council <br />May 25, 2022. The scope of service was to take the Everett Municipal Building-Public Works <br />Tenant Improvements through the State’s Capital Projects Advisory Board (CPARB) - Project <br />Review Committee (PRC). Following State approval, Parametrix provided advisory and owner <br />assistance in the selection process of the General Contractor. <br />Amendment No.1 extended the time of completion of Parametrix, Inc. and amended the contract <br />amount to support the Everett Municipal Building-Public Works Tenant Improvements project <br />team with continued General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) Advisory and <br />Project Management Services during Phase 2, design and permitting. <br />Amendment No. 2 will extend the scope of services in order to support phase 3, subcontractor <br />bidding, construction, GC/CM advisory services, warranty, and project closeout. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with <br />Parametrix, Inc. for Phase 3 Advisory Services for the Everett Municipal Building-Public Works <br />Tenant Improvements Project. <br />
