Y.,_(N.B, the bonds may <br /> be made payable at the city treasurer' s office if the Council deems <br /> it advisable ) , shall be issued in conformity to and as provided by <br /> the laws of the State of Washington and shall be in such form and <br /> bear such date as may hereafter be prescribed by the City Council of <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> Section 5: That a special bonds election shall be and is <br /> -46- 1* <br /> hereby called to be held in the city of Everett on 4$4,4e. / day of <br /> 1 192,6i in the various election precincts into which the <br /> 171447 <br /> city is divided, for the purpose of voting thereat by the oualified <br /> electors of Said city upon the proposition of the ratification or re- <br /> jection of the system or plan in this ordinance proposed for the mak- <br /> ing of said additions, betterments and extensions and the issuance <br /> of bonds to provide for the payment therefor as in this Ordinance <br /> proposed. Said election shall be held and conducted as prescribed <br /> by law at the various voting places in said city of Everett and <br /> shall be conducted by the officers of election, who shall be des- <br /> lnated and appointed as provided by law for the holding and con- <br /> ducting of said election. Notice shall be given, as provided by law, <br /> of the time and place and the purpose of said election and of the pro- <br /> position to be submitted to the qualified voters thereat and the form <br /> of ballots to be cast for or against the said proposition as provid- <br /> ed in this ordinance, by publication of such notice in each issue of <br /> the Everett News, a newspaper doing the city printing of the city of <br /> Everett, during said period of at least ten (10) days. <br /> Section 6: The system or plan proposed and the proposition <br /> submitted shall be voted upon in the following manner, to-v'it: <br /> Every voter at said election desiring to vote IN FAVOR of <br /> said proposed system or plan and the issuance of the bonds mentioned <br />
