's property on Hill street, south to the north line of Lot 14, Block 746, by grading to proper grade and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance lyo. 2216 of the City of Evere tt as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
