t 1,16 ORDINANCE NO. 2253 . An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 438 for the improvement of the alley in Elock 670, between sucker and grand Avenues, from Hewitt to California., by pavement of alley full width, and doing all other work necessary in connection there- with to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2235 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fix- ing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVER TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District I4o. 438 for the improvement of the alley in Clock 670, between Rucker and Grand Avenues, from Hewitt to California, by pavement of alley full width, and doing all ot- her work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2235 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- ount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing u on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
