To achieve proper documentation of the proposal, please submit a revised site plan which shows the correct proposal location. On the revised site plan, please include the approximate placement of the hot tub,the extent of the existing concrete patio, other onsite structures (buildings,walls, etc), and property lines for clarification. Due to the nature of the proposal,this can be somewhat approximated. Essentially, it would be helpful to show exactly where the hot tub is being proposed over existing concrete. Please contact me directly if you have any questions regarding the above. For reference,the residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the residential site plan checklist. Re-submittal instructions are outlined here; please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans.
