ORDINANCE NO. 2249 <br /> An Ordir n. regulating and licensing traveling grocery <br /> stores in the city of Everett, providing a penalty for the vio- <br /> lation of any of the provisions of this ordinance, repealing <br /> all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Definition: For the purpose of this ordin- <br /> ance a traveling grocery store is defined as a grocery store lo- <br /> cated in or upon any automobile, truck, trailer, wagon or any <br /> other vehicle drawn, propelled or moved about the streets of the <br /> city of Everett in the course of said grocery business. <br /> Section 2: No person, partnership, association or corpor- <br /> ation shall maintain or conduct any traveling grocery store in <br /> the city of Everett without first having obtained from the City <br /> Clerk of said city a license so to do. <br /> Section 3: License fees for traveling grocery stores in <br /> the city of Everett shall be as follows: <br /> For all traveling grocery stores owned and operated by pro- <br /> prietors of established grocery stores, other than traveling stores, <br /> in the city of Everett and operated in connection with the same <br /> shall pay a license fee of 45.00 per month • <br /> AZETt.
