4 ORDINANCE NO. 22-47 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 434 for the im- provement of Block 15, Central Park Addition to the city of Ev- erett by the installation of 6-inch water mains and doing all ot- ther work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2225 of the city of Everett, levy- ing an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuana e thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 434 for the improvement of Block 15, Central Park Addition to the city of Everett by the installation of 6-inch water mains and doing all other work necessary in con- nection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2225 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 11: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other -property, appearing u-non said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
