April 10, 2024 <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8001 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,800,228.34 for the period ending March 23, 2024 through March 29, 2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8002 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,314,487.67 for the period ending March 23, 2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8003 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett <br />in the amount of $7,615,487.67 for the period ending February 1, 2024 through February 29, <br />2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – 2024 WASHINGTON STATE RECREATION AND CONSERVATION OFFICE <br /> GRANT CYCLE <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution Nos. 8004 - 8011 in the form provided for the 2024 Washington State <br />Recreation and Conservation Office grant cycle, and authorize the Mayor to apply for grant <br />funding, and to execute all necessary documents for the 2024 grants. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – PROPOSED HOLLY NEIGHBORHOOD NATURE PARK <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for $2,211,760 <br />provided through the County’s Conservation Futures Property Tax Fund to acquire five (5) <br />properties for the proposed Holly Neighborhood Nature Park. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – TRANSIT BUS ADVERTISING <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the Transit Advertising Agreement <br />between the City of Everett and Lamar Transit, LLC. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – EVERETT MUNCIPAL BUILDING – PUBLIC WORKS TENANT <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />
