Work will include <br /> regrading of the streambed and banks, installation of rounded streambed gravels, installation <br /> of habitat wood, installation of erosion control measures, and installation of a native riparian <br /> planting plan. <br /> NOTE: Work will occur in a section of upper Swamp Creek, that is a non-fish bearing water of <br /> the state. <br /> PROVISIONS <br /> 1. TIMING LIMITATIONS: The project may begin immediately and shall be completed by October15, 2015, provided <br /> work below the ordinary high water line (OHWL)shall occur when the watercourse is dry OR betwween June 15 and <br /> October 15 when the watercourse is in isolation from streamflow(e.g. a stream bypass is in place). <br /> 2.APPROVED PLANS: Work shall be accomplished per plans and specifications approved by the Washington <br /> Department of Fish and Wildlife entitled HEIGHTON MITIGATION PLAN dated January 6, 2015 and NARRATIVE <br /> DESCRIPTION OF MEDIATION PLAN—HEIGHTON - 1412; except as modified by this HPA.A copy of these plans <br /> shall be available on site during construction. <br /> 3. NOTIFICATION AND PHOTOGRAPH REQUIREMENT: The Habitat Biologist, Christa Heller, shall receive pre and <br /> post project notification no less than three working days prior to start of work, and again within seven days of <br /> completion of work. Notification shall include the permit number, permittee's name, project location, and starting date <br /> for work or completion date of work. Photographs of this project shall be taken showing the site before work begins and <br /> after work is complete. Photos and all notifications shall be uploaded online to the Aquatic Protection Permitting System <br /> (APPS) under Post Permit Requirements. <br /> 4.This HPA is for the restoration of 67 linear feet of stream and associated riparian habitat.
