Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings, cloud all updated parts. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (only if required by reviewer). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your <br /> application will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> General (Comments provided by Yin Lu) <br /> 1. Please update building address per county record. It should be 6307 36th Ave W, Building C. <br /> Architectural (Comments provided by Yin Lu) <br /> 2. Please indicate if this project is initial TI? If not, please provide existing building/suite <br /> information, including but not limited to existing occupancy classification, occupant load, <br /> plumbing fixture calculation and etc.. Please include permit number of existing TI as well. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
