The Nguyen Property and Modisette Property are adjoining parcels of property and an existing easement for ingress and egress over the Nguyen Property was created on Short Plat No. 98.060; recorded under Snohomish County Auditor's File No. 9904295001. D. The actual easement area is 5.66 feet south of Nguyen's property line and the parties desire to correct the easement to reflect the actual use area. AGREEMENT 1. Grantors hereby convey to Grantees a nonexclusive perpetual easement across, along, in and upon Grantor's property described below for the purpose of the right of ingress to and egress from Grantees' property and across adjacent property of the Grantor.
