• <br /> Liz <br /> EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON Consent and Acknowledgement for Cell Tower Equipment <br /> Removal and Replacement <br /> June 19,2020 <br /> Brad Steiner-Deputy Director,Wireless Technology <br /> Snohomish County 911 <br /> 1121 SE Everett Mall Way,Suite 200 <br /> Everett,WA 98208 <br /> Via Email:bsteinertnsno911.org <br /> Site Locations: 76th and Upper Ridge Road <br /> Everett Police South Precinct <br /> Rucker Hill <br /> Dear Mr.Steiner: <br /> Regarding the plans and structural engineering analyses submitted by <br /> Snohomish County 911 (Snohomish County Emergency Radio System) for <br /> removal and replacement of equipment at the Site Locations above,the City of <br /> Everett acknowledges the following: <br /> Snohomish County Emergency Radio System ("Lessee") and the City of <br /> Everett ("Lessor") are parties to the following City of Everett Communications <br /> Site Lease Agreements:76th and Upper Ridge Road Lease,dated August 5,2002; <br /> Everett Police South Precinct, 1121 SE Everett Mall Way Lease, dated August 5, <br /> 2002 and; Rucker Hill—3702 Tulalip Lease, dated August 2, 2002 (the "Leases") <br /> upon which Lessee operates communications antenna facilities. <br /> Pursuant to the Leases, Lessee may modify or upgrade its facilities at any <br /> time during the term of the Lease after obtaining Lessor's approval. <br /> This letter will serve as consent from Lessor to remove and replace facilities <br /> at the Sites, provided that all equipment will be installed within the existing <br /> premises and work shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions as <br /> stated in the Lease. This consent and acknowledgement pertains to the lease <br /> Facilities/Property agreement only.
