I • • EVERETT WASHINGTON Consent and Acknowledgement for Cell Tower Equipment Removal and Replacement June 19,2020 Brad Steiner-Deputy Director,Wireless Technology Snohomish County 911 1121 SE Everett Mall Way,Suite 200 Everett,WA 98208 Via Email:bsteiner@nsno911.org Site Locations: 76th and Upper Ridge Road Everett Police South Precinct Rucker Hill Dear Mr.Steiner: Regarding the plans and structural engineering analyses submitted by Snohomish County 911 (Snohomish County Emergency Radio System) for removal and replacement of equipment at the Site Locations above,the City of Everett acknowledges the following: Snohomish County Emergency Radio System ("Lessee") and the City of Everett ("Lessor") are parties to the following City of Everett Communications Site Lease Agreements:76th and Upper Ridge Road Lease,dated August 5,2002; Everett Police South Precinct, 1121 SE Everett Mall Way Lease,dated August 5, 2002 and; Rucker Hill—3702 Tulalip Lease, dated August 2, 2002 (the"Leases") upon which Lessee operates communications antenna facilities. Pursuant to the Leases, Lessee may modify or upgrade its facilities at any time during the term of the Lease after obtaining Lessor's approval. This letter will serve as consent from Lessor to remove and replace facilities at the Sites, provided that all equipment will be installed within the existing premises and work shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions as stated in the Lease. This consent and acknowledgement pertains to the lease Facilities/Property agreement only. Lessee is responsible for any all necessary permits.
