They are considered high hazard and we must protect the potable water. The City of Everett water
purveyor requires them on all ice machines regardless of any internal protections.
Thank you,
Shellie Pons
Plumbing/Mechanical Inspector
Public Works
P:425.257.8810 / Direct:425.257.7274
E: spons@everettwa.gov
Office: 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, WA, 98201
Hours: Monday— Friday 7:30am-12:OOpm and 1:OOpm-4:OOpm
www.everettwa.gov/permits
NOTICE: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure
pursuant to the Public Records Act.
-----Original Message -----
From: AWHOMES@comcast.net <AWHOMES@comcast.net>
Sent: Wednesday, September 22, 2021 1:56 PM
To: Shellie Pons <SPons@eve rettwa.gov>
Subject: RE: [EXTERNAL] Re: Plan review for commercial kitchen
yes for guests and members
Terry Willey
425-422-4759
awhomes@comcast.net
> On 09/22/2021 1:47 PM Shellie Pons <spons@everettwa.gov> wrote:
> Terry,
> Is this a catering kitchen?
