INSPECTOR: Zelalem Zerihun <br /> LOCATION: 1720 West Marine View Dr.Everett,WA JURISDICTION: City of Everett <br /> KA P.M.: Jeffrey S.Mercer WEATHER: Clear TEMP:55°F <br /> A Krazan & Associates, Inc. representative visited the above-said project as per the <br /> contractor's request and inspected reinforcing steel for wood post foundations. <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The rep reviewed AHJ approved structural plans and inspected several structural items <br /> including but not limited to wood post foundation per 7/S-2.0, hold-downs type HD 14, <br /> MST straps, beam hangers, straps for collector with overlaps, A35 & LTN's, <br /> blockings, steel hardware @ beams, anchor bolts @ shear walls, deck to building top & <br /> bottom connections, deck rim to building connections, drag strut at entry and so on. See <br /> representative photos below. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Conclusion—All structural parts are in place before insulation and sheathing on shear <br /> walls.
