Note that because two permit applications were started, fees are due on both. Since
the applications originally did not overlap in scope, the simplest solution is for us to combine the individual valuations on
a single permit(B2109-057),and then we can completely cancel B2202-059 without collecting any review fees.
For the project description,we suggest revising it on B2109-057 to: Everett Yacht Club Interior& Exterior Renovations
Please provide final confirmation and we will take it the rest of the way. I it my understanding that this was originally because they covered two separate scopes of work—interior and
exterior work, respectively. However, the most recent review I performed for B2109-057 included both scopes of work,
and we do not have different drawings for B2202-059. It appears that these projects should be consolidated under the
first permit and the second one withdrawn. We need your confirmation,or provide a response stating why both are still
required. Note that the scope of B2109-057 is depending on B2202-059,so the former cannot be issued until that latter
2 / 3
