Good to go meaning the plans can be reviewed (the actual plan review) and are moved <br />on to that point. There could be comments stemming from the plan review that would <br />need to be addressed. One of the issues (for example) would be required ceiling heights. <br />If the ceiling heights in the proposed property meet the minimum requirements than <br />that wouldn't be an issue. <br />I am not sure who suggested the meeting, it looks like I was involved but (currently) <br />don't remember the specific project. It looks like something that I would be asked to <br />verify however. <br />Also, 'building' (me) moved it on for further review. There are 3 reviewers that do an <br />intake (as I mentioned before). Grace (in planning) has not moved it on yet (did you get <br />her email?). In other words, if Planning still has questions, those questions will need to <br />be resolved before planning will finish their intake.
