The sleeping room window has now had its proper egress functions labeled. It is 3'- <br /> 0"x4'-0" casement window with an egress hinge. Not completely sure if the well <br /> window is needed due to the exterior grade. It is there on an"if needed" basis. <br /> 4. The stairs are not being modified in any way. There is no longer a door at the bottom <br /> now that the idea of the ADU is no longer the path for the owner. <br /> 5. These are existing stairs. The rise, run, width, and headroom clearance are not <br /> changing. A handrail has now been labeled on the stairs. .
