WA 98203 <br /> Dear Rakeeb, <br /> Below are the following responses to comments dated May 10, 2022; <br /> /ARCHITECTURAL <br /> ( 1. Ener ' attached totaled 4.5 credits which is more than the minimum-3 <br /> credits. We made more options as possible to comply to the least number. Copy of <br /> which is attached for your information. <br /> 2. Basement walls at exterior should be furred out with 2x4 perpendicular to the <br /> concrete walls with the following order from concrete wall;felt/vapor barrier, R10 <br /> rigid insulation and%" GWB. <br /> 3. Window well details are indicated on page 4/5 by a cloud. <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> 1. Framing narratives have been added to explain some concerns not present to the <br /> previous submittal as indicated on the plans. <br /> 2. Bearing walls should be carefully verified by the contractor not to jeopardize the <br /> structural integrity. <br /> 3. Beams that were not shown or indicated previously are shown on page 5/5. <br /> 4. Existing supports that were missing are now indicated on page 5/5. <br /> 5.
