Hargis Engineers has assumed that technicians required for commissioning will <br />be provided by the installing contractors, including setup, hookup, operation and tear <br />down of that equipment. <br />2. Hargis Engineers provided an Add Alt # 1: Four (4) Site Visit (each 8 hours) to <br />verify the mechanical Cx action list reported by the GC closed after commissioning is <br />complete (one (1) Cx agent). <br />3. Hargis Engineers valued for being onsite during the Acceptance phase to <br />commission the MEP equipment (two (2) Cx agents). <br />4. Hargis Engineers valued for Power Quality Meters to test the generator. <br />5. Hargis Engineers valued for IR Scanning (Generator, Transformers…) and a <br />finding report. <br />6. If the project shifts or extends, it may require costs at the contractor's expense. <br />7. Hargis Engineers excludes performing/providing the following: IEEE Battery <br />Testing; Short circuit coordination, Arc flash study; breaker injection testing, Meggering; <br />Operations & Maintenance training; and Factory Witness Testing. <br />8. Hargis Engineers excludes any seasonal testing.
