J0032 has 9066 hours and is scheduled to be replaced based on age, <br />maintenance cost, and maintenance cost scoring. <br />J0032 has an estimated surplus value of $10,000 and has been replaced by a Ruthmann <br />Reachmaster Bluelift B59 Combo Spiderlift (M0095). The new truck is more beneficial to the <br />department because it provides greater flexibility to operate at awkward angles and inside and <br />outside of buildings. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt a Resolution declaring a 1999 Ford F450 (J0032) surplus and authorizing sale at public <br />auction.
