V0184 has <br />approximately 137,000 miles and was scheduled to be replaced in 2022 based on age, <br />maintenance cost, and maintenance cost scoring. However, it has been loaned to the <br />Emergency Management Department until their new vehicle is delivered and in service. <br />V0184 has an estimated surplus value of $7,200 and has been replaced by a 2023 Ford F-150 <br />Lightning pick-up truck (V0362). <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt a Resolution declaring a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 Pick-Up Truck (V0184) surplus and <br />authorizing sale at public auction.
