Simpson ECCLRQ 44 is called out for some posts. <br /> 2. Fdn plan ftgs to be provided for all loads and wall locations all bearing walls: <br /> stair base ftg is now added below the stair landing support the stair stringers. Also <br /> the outside stair stringers are supported by partitions which have blocking along the <br /> partition floor line. <br /> 3. Framing detail at exterior wall at stairway. Detail added to the detail sheet. <br /> 4. Provide stair half wall/handrail detail: A rabbit cut in the bottom of the cripple studs <br /> of the half wall will provide a "lockin" to the upper floor rim jst and direct support on <br /> the partition below. Blocking between the studs will tie them into the joists and rim <br /> board and sufficiently resist a 50p1f vertical load. Vertical loading will be transferred <br /> to the partition below and the horizontal loading will dissipate into the floor <br /> diaphragm and jsts. 12d nails secure the half wall to the blocking and rim joist. <br /> A detail will be provided. <br /> 5. Floor Elm Sizing at Fireplace:The beam has been recalculated as a 4x10 DF#2. <br /> 6. Framing detail for Gar Beam: Architect will provide updated detail. m. <br /> 7. Beam 5.5 x 13.5 to break wall plate:The beams in the Kit/Dining area will set on-top <br /> of the double plates flush with the top of the joists. The cut through the top plate will <br /> be reinforced with an RPS (Retrofit plate strap) And the rim joist will span the break <br /> plus the wall sheathed with OSB. <br /> 8. Entry Beam called out "LUC"• This has been corrected as an LVL beam. <br /> 9. _1st hanger cal/outs: The hangers are now called out on the plans. /1 V <br />
