A
Geologically hazardous area covenant and agreement are still required to be recorded for each site in accordance with
EMC 19.37.080.D. The permits may be issued prior to recording of the covenant/agreement but they must still be
completed at your earliest convenience (and definitely prior to permit Final). I have attached both the Word and PDF
versions of the covenant/agreement documents. If you have any questions about these documents please let me know.
Note: The Agreement form (starts on page 8) requires signature from the Mayor's office; once you have the documents
signed and notarized, please return them to me and I will route to the Mayor's office accordingly and follow up when
they're all ready to be recorded with the County.
Thanks,
— Kelsey Heyd
Associate Planner I Community, Planning & Economic Development
425.257.8731 13200 Cedar Street 2"d FI., Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to
the Public Records Act.
From: Kelsey Heyd
Sent: Tuesday, November 16, 20214:10 PM
To: Nicole Olsen <nicole@fullwilerconstruction.com>
Subject: 4916, 4918, and 4920 24th St - Planning Review Update
Hi Nicole,
We are continuing to experience a high number of permit applications and are reviewing them in the order received.
Unfortunately this means the average re -review timeframe for Planning has been right around 9 weeks. I do have the 3
files checked out and marked under review in the system —this should be noted in the Permitting Portal for each permit
for reference.
I don't anticipate any issues and should be able to sign off this week but if there are any further questions/comments
prior to doing so, I will let you know.
Best,
