The parcel number for the subject property is 005714-000-006-00. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The property is currently occupied by a single-family residence in the south-central portion. The ground <br /> surface within the site forms a relatively level terrace on an otherwise gentle- to moderate east-facing <br /> slope but includes moderate-to steep east-facing slopes on the northeastern most corner, which descend <br /> toward neighboring properties eastward. We understand the plans for development include a garage <br /> addition in the backyard area on the northern side of the site. You have requested this report for <br /> determining geological hazards affecting the site, per the agreement you signed on December 11, 2021. <br /> SCOPE <br /> The purpose of this study was to explore and characterize the site surface and subsurface conditions <br /> within areas of concern and provide geotechnical recommendations for development considerations. <br /> Specifically, our scope of services included the following: <br />
