4. A conviction of any person, firm or corporation for violating the UFC shall not <br /> impede the authority granted in this section to the City Attorney or City. <br /> Section 10: The 1997 Edition of the UFC is amended by the addition of the following: <br /> Fire Marshal Order <br /> 1. The Fire Chief or his designee hereby has the authority to order dangerous <br /> structures, buildings, places, conditions, or materials to be removed, corrected, vacated or <br /> demolished in such manner as shall be set forth in an order,which shall be in <br /> substantially the following form: <br /> FIRE MARSHAL ORDER <br /> City of Everett <br /> To: <br /> (Name of party to whom order is issued and description of premises or places by street <br /> address.) <br /> You, and each of you, are hereby notified by the undersigned Fire Marshal that an <br /> inspection of the premises or place above-described was made on the day of <br /> , 199_at which time there was found upon said above-described premises <br /> or place conditions particularly dangerous to the safety of persons and property and <br /> especially liable to fire or spread of fire.
