GeoTest's services took place from October 19, <br /> 2023,through January 5, 2024. Our testing and inspections included the following scope of work: <br /> TEST/INSPECTION ITEM REFERENCE <br /> • Earthwork Soil Observation Reports 50001 &S0002 <br /> Concrete Break Reports CB001—CB003 and <br /> • Reinforced Concrete Inspection Report IR001 <br /> Structural Steel Inspection Reports SS001— <br /> • Structural Steel SS003 and Ultra Sonic Test Report UT001 <br /> Adhesive Anchor Inspection Reports AA001— <br /> • Proprietary Anchors AA004 <br /> All work requiring special inspection for the project to date has been completed. To the best of <br /> our knowledge the inspected work is in conformance with the approved project plans and <br /> specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Code. All <br /> related laboratory tests performed by GeoTest have met or exceeded the minimum test <br /> requirements. <br /> This is GeoTest's final special inspection and testing submittal for the Marina Maintenance Shop <br /> Building project.
