As of December 31, 2023, $12.15 had been <br />spent on that effort. This reappropriation proposes to carry forward the balance to complete the consulting work in 2024. <br />This reappropriation proposes to carry forward CIP 3 funds for the following Council approved parks projects that were not completedby <br />December 31, 2023: <br />$ 80,000 Edgewater Park Renovation <br />$ 700,000 Wiggums Hollow Park Playground <br />$ 120,000 Professional Services ‐5 Restrooms <br />$ 385,000 Phil Johnson Park Playground <br />$ 35,000 Walter E.
