As of December 31, 2023, $14,634.76 had been spent. This reappropriation proposes to carry <br />forward the balance to the 2024 budget. <br />This reappropriation proposes to carry forward Street & Alley Vacation funds for projects previously approved by Council, but not <br />completed by December 31, 2023. <br />Ordinance 3739‐20 approved a total of $1,190,000 for the projects listed below. $400,000 was transferred to the capital project fund in <br />2020 and $690,000 in 2023. The balance of $100,000 is expected to be transferred in 2024. <br />‐‐Sidewalk at 16th and Chestnut <br />‐‐Sidewalk on 18th Street between Maple and Jackson Park <br />‐‐Upgrades on Peck's Drive at the intersection of Cady Road and East Drive <br />‐‐Pedestrian access from Interurban Trail to YMCA <br />Ordinance 3886‐22 approved a total of $250,000 for the Silver Lake Trail. The balance of $250,000 is expected to be transferred in 2024. <br />In 2022, the Police department was awarded $37,989 from the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistant Grant (JAG) Program. The <br />award is for the purchase of a digital intelligence foresic imager and ballistic shields used for protection of officers. This reappropriation <br />proposes to carry forward unspent grant funds and interest earnings in the amount of $6,977. <br />Tally 2024 <br />ATTACHMENT A
