2024 Pavement Maintenance Overlay SPECIAL PROVISIONS PW# 3823 80 1 GKK 8-26.DOCX 2 8-26 RESOLVE ABOVE GROUND CONFLICTS 3 (******) 4 5 Section 8-26 is vacant and is replaced with the following: 6 7 8-26.1 Description 8 9 This work consists of resolving unanticipated above ground conflicts to conform to the 10 Project requirements due to construction, where they are not addressed by the 11 Construction Plans and Details. This bid item may be used to construct or modify items 12 which are not identified, nor addressed in the Plans and Details. 13 14 8-26.2 Vacant 15 16 8-26.3 Construction Requirements 17 18 As directed by Engineer, address and resolve underground conflicts that need 19 modification to accommodate construction. 20 21 8-26.4 Vacant 22 23 8-26.5 Payment 24 25 “Resolved unanticipated conflicts” Force Account, as provided in Section 1-09.6. 26 27 To provide a common Proposal for all Bidders, the Contracting Agency has entered an 28 amount in the Proposal to become a part of the Contractor’s total Bid. 29 30 31 END DIVISION8.RTF 32 33 END DIVISION 8 34 35
