CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Water Main Replacement “Y” – Ph 1 Div 2 – EARTHWORK March 2024 <br />Work Order No. UP 3814 SP-156 <br />2-09.4 Measurement <br />Delete all paragraphs in 2-09.4 and substitute the following: <br />Bid items of Work completed pursuant to the Contract Documents will be measured as <br />described in Division B – Bid Item Descriptions of these Special Provisions and <br />Section 1-09 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT of the Standard Specifications. <br />2-09.5 Payment <br />Delete all paragraphs in 2-09.5 and substitute the following: <br />Payment for bid items of Work completed pursuant to the Contract Documents will be <br />as described in Division B – Bid Item Descriptions of these Special Provisions and <br />Section 1-09 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT of the Standard Specifications. <br />When there is no bid item for “Structure Excavation” in the Proposal, all Work in this <br />section shall be included with the respective Bid Items of the Contract with no direct <br />compensation made. <br />END OF DIVISION 2 <br />
