<br />Lexington-Broadway Stormwater Imp. Phase 1 15 Scope of Services <br />B. Providing information and preparation of exhibits for the City’s use may require up to 4 <br />hours of project manager time and up to 32 hours of staff time. <br />C. There will be up to two exhibits and one informational (single-page) handout. <br />D. The community meeting handouts and exhibits will be electronically delivered. The City <br />will be responsible for printing and posting materials. <br />Deliverables <br />The following deliverables will be produced: <br />1. Agendas and meeting notes (Word or PDF) <br />2. Outreach exhibits and materials (electronic delivery Word or PDF) <br />Subtask 620 Design Services <br />Consultant Services <br />The Consultant will provide the following services: <br />1. Develop conveyance and stormwater system design including the following: <br />A. Prepare hydraulic models to evaluate interim and future buildout conditions to support <br />Task 500 design report updates. <br />B. Prepare pipe material design calculations to determine pipe material and thickness <br />(HS25 Load), trench backfill requirements, and resist buoyancy forces. <br />C. Provide trench dam design recommendations. <br />D. Validate pipe sizing and design recommendations using the methodologies outlined in <br />the SWMMWW. <br />E. Conveyance system flow split and stormwater facility hydraulic modeling. <br />2. Prepare civil design that includes the following: <br />A. General, demolition, removals, temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC), <br />stormwater conveyance, street restoration, site grading, and water quality treatment <br />facility design <br />B. Permanent utility relocation coordination for the stormwater treatment site that assumes <br />the following: <br />i. Water main relocation for approximately 150 linear feet within Lenora Street between <br />3rd Avenue and Zillah Street <br />3. Prepare landscape, irrigation, and water service design that includes the following: <br />A. Landscaping for the stormwater treatment facility including irrigation system and <br />controller. <br />B. Areas outside the treatment facility bays will be restored with gravel or native vegetation.
