I am the planner conducting the review of the permit application for zoning code <br /> compliance and have provided comments and corrections below. <br /> • Parking. No site plan was included with the building permit submittal. A site plan from 2012 (attached) indicates <br /> 14 parking stalls on the subject property. However, recent aerials indicate some of the required striping has <br /> faded over time and/or parking stalls have shifted.
