H +AREAS, on the 5th day of October, 1925, the City Council of the City of verett did, duly and regularly adopt the estimate of the amounts required to meet the public expenses of said city for the ensuing year and the amount to be raised by taxation in said city for the said ensuing year from sources other than by diect taxation, and, eEe SAS, notice that said City Council tentatively completed the budget of the City of -verett for the year 1926 and that a copy of said budget would be furnished any tax payer of the ity of _. v- erett upon application thereof and that the City ounci would me et in the Council room of the amity :'::all at 10: 30 A. October 5, 1925, for the purpose of fixing the final budget and designating the tax levies; and that any tax payer might appear thereat and be heard for or against any part of said budget was published in the official news- paper of said city in all respects as required by law; and WHEREAS, said City Council did on October 5, 1925, meet in the City Hall of said city at 10:30 A.
