ORDINANCE NO. 2229 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as- sessment roll of Local I mprovement District i o. 426 for the imir ove- ment of Maple Avenue from llth Street to 15th Street by the install- ation of a 2 inch water main and its necessary appurtenances aria doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2206 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lob, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance there- of. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 426 for the improvement of aple Ave- 111 nue from llth Street to 15th Street by the installation :of a 2 inch water main and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2206 of the City of Everett as the sane now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of 'the lots, tracts and parcels of lend or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared, to be spacial- ly benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing uon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract € id parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said aoll, the am- ount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the 6th day of December , 1925, is 1 reby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required 0 be issued on ac:;ount of said improvement .
