>k, 4.. 11 • ORDINANCE NO. 2223 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 1yo. 419 for the im- provement of 35th Street from Federal to Snohomish Ave. ; Kromer Avenue from 35th Street to 34th Street; and Tulalip Avenue from e4th Street to 35th Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading to pro- per grade, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2186 of the City of Lverett, levying an assessment on account there- of against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and ' z fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 419 for the improvement of 35th Street , , from Federal to Snohomish Ave. ; Kromer Avenue from 35th Street to 34th Street; and T'ulalip Avenue from 34th Street to 35th Street, °� by clearing, grubbing, grading to proper grade, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a A complete improvement under Ordinance No.2186 of the wit y of Ev- erett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to t be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same there- on.
