ORDINANCE NO. 2 , An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 26th Street, from Virginia to Fulton Avenues, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs and caa- struction of Portland cement pavement 24 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage and making necessary water main changes, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement; also by the construction of concrete sidewalks from Baker to Ful- ton Avenues, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3184 of the City of -Everett; creating an assessment district; creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor, providing that said im- provement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 31;'4 of the City of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work necess- ary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in ac- cordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That 26th Street, from Virginia to Fulton Avenues be improved by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs and construction of Portland cement pavement 24 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage and mak- ing necessary water main changes, and doing all other work necess- ary to make a complete improvement; also by the construction of concrete sidewalks from Baker to Fulton Avenues, and doing all oth- er work necessary to make a complete improvement according to the plans and specifications, prepared under the direction of the City
