Per email discussion, please show existing stair to be demo and new stair shall be noted as <br /> new in proposed floor plan. And architect shall provide detail of stair tread, riser and etc. <br /> per IRC 311.7. If you keep the exiting stair, no new drawing will be required except for note <br /> on the existing and new floor plan. <br /> 7. Please note the fireplace as "free-standing" electrical fireplace.
