Mulch may be <br /> provided from on-site woodchips from clearing activity. <br /> General <br /> The Permittee shall include in general maintenance activities the replacement of any vandalized <br /> or damaged signs, habitat features, fences, or other structural components of this mitigation site, <br /> as well as debris/litter removal. <br /> 5.10 CONTINGENCY PLAN <br /> If 20 percent of the plants are severely stressed during any of the inspections, or it appears 20 <br /> percent may not survive, additional plantings of the same species may be added to the planting <br /> area. Species substitutions may be allowed if approved by a wetland biologist and/or City of <br /> Everett.
