Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />April 17, 2024 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on April 17, 2024. <br />Board Members Neyens, Schwab, Vitalich, and Jorve were present. Board Member Franklin was <br />excused. Ana Mechler, Human Resources, and Richard Gray, Finance were also present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of March 20, 2024, were approved. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $720,000.00 <br />February 2024 $71,420.23 <br />Remaining budget $577,159.54 80.16% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,792,000.00 <br />February 2024 $140,225.41 <br />February 2024 HMA fees $15,094.80 <br />Remaining budget $1,466,911.70 81.86% <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Schwab, to approve the medical claims and pension rolls as <br />presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Schwab, to approve the medical claims as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br />Motion carried.
