May 8, 2024 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., May 8, 2024, by <br />President Schwab. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Rhyne, Schwab, Vogeli, <br />Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Members Fosse and Zarlingo were excused. <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne recited the land acknowledgement. <br /> <br />The minutes of the May 1, 2024, meeting were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin shared updates regarding housing developments. She also stated May is No Mow <br />Month and this week celebrates Youth Apprenticeship, Teacher Appreciation, and Public Service <br />Recognition. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Council received five (5) written comments and the following members of the public spoke: Emily <br />Simpson, Leo Lorge, and Chelsea Gray. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Senior Executive Director Lori Cummings provided an update on the SeeClickFix app. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no update. <br /> <br />
