. 1/1111 ORDINANCE NO. 2'Y20 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 414 for the improve- ment of Grand Avenue, from 41st to '44th streets, by clearing, grad- ing, slagging, construction of necessary culverts, ditching and do- ing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a com- plete improvement under Ordinance No. 2177 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lotis, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN; Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 414 for the improvement of Grand Avenue , from 41st to 44th streets, by clearing, grading, slagging, construc- tion of necessary culverts, ditching and doing all other work neces- sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2177 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the am- ount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the 1t :; day of November , 1925, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement.
