111 ORDINANCE NO. 2211 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 417 for the im- provement of the north and south alley in block 683, by grading for and construction of a six-inch concrete pavement from the south line of lot 7 to :gall Street; also by construction of necessary bulkheads, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment,under Ordinance No. 2183 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issu- ance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance there- of. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 417 for the improvement of the north and south alley in block 683, by grading for and construction of a six-inch concrete pavement from the south line of lot 7 to wall Street; also by construction of necessary bulkheads, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary in connec- tion therewith to make a comniete improvement under Ordinance No. 2183 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same there- on.
