N ORDINANCE NO. 2208 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District mo. 416 for the im- provement of the alley between 25th and 26th Streets and Rucker and Grand Avenues, by grading to proper grade, and construction of a 5 inch concrete pavement 18 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2181 of the City of :verett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the sev- eral lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, provid- ing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the is- suance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section.. 3.: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 416 for the improvement of the alley be- tween 25th and 26th Streets and Rucker and Grand Avenues, by grad- ing to proper grade, and construction of a 5 inch concrete pavement 18 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance +o. 2181 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby ih all things approved and con- firmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the am- ount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the 8th day of August , 1925, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement.
