Please revise accordingly. <br /> • Critical Areas. Please note there are critical area buffers located on the subject parcel.The current proposal <br /> does not appear to encroach into the required 70' critical area and associated buffer.Any further development <br /> which extends east may require a site-specific critical areas report. <br /> Re-submittal instructions for online submittals are outlined here.
