32 <br /> <br />8.6 Publication of Violations and/or Enforcement Actions. <br /> <br /> The Director may publish violations and/or enforcement actions at any time, where <br />monetary fines may be inappropriate in gaining compliance, or in addition to monetary <br />fines. Violations and/or enforcement actions may also be published when the Director feels <br />that public notice should be made, or at other appropriate times. The cost of such <br />publications will be recovered from the user. <br /> <br />
