49 <br /> <br />required in its wastewater discharge permit, using methodologies in 40 CFR Part <br />136, it must submit all results of sampling and analysis of the discharge as part of <br />its self-monitoring report. <br />5.2 Analytical Requirements <br /> <br />All pollutant analyses, including sampling techniques, shall be performed in accordance <br />with the techniques prescribed in 40 CFR Part 136, unless otherwise specified in an <br />applicable categorical pretreatment standard. If 40 CFR Part 136 does not contain <br />sampling or analytical techniques for the pollutant in question, sampling and analyses <br />must be performed in accordance with procedures approved by the EPA. <br /> <br />All analyses performed to establish compliance and used in compliance reporting shall <br />be performed by a laboratory accredited by the Washington State Department of <br />Ecology, Quality Assurance Division in accordance with 173-50 WAC. Laboratories must <br />be accredited for the analyses for which they are performing. <br /> <br />To ensure that the reported data is valid for determining compliance with requirements, <br />all data shall have a detection level (DL) no greater than twenty-five percent (25%) of <br />the regulatory limit included in this ordinance or applicable State or Federal regulation. <br /> <br /> <br />
