67 <br /> <br />requirements are not eligible to receive a contractual award for the sale of goods or <br />services to the City. Existing contracts for the sale of goods or services to the City held <br />by a user found to be in significant noncompliance with pretreatment standards or <br />requirements may be terminated at the discretion of the City. <br /> <br />11.6 Publication of Violations and/or Enforcement Actions. <br /> <br /> The Director may publish violations and/or enforcement actions at any time, where <br />monetary fines may be inappropriate in gaining compliance, or in addition to monetary <br />fines. Violations and/or enforcement actions may also be published when the Director <br />feels that public notice should be made, or at other appropriate times. The cost of such <br />publications will be recovered from the user. <br /> <br />11.7 Penalties for Late Reports <br /> <br />A penalty of may be assessed to any user for each day that a report required by this <br />ordinance, a permit or order issued hereunder is late, beginning one day after the date <br />the report is due and shall escalate on 30 day intervals. Actions taken by the Director to <br />collect late reporting penalties shall not limit the Director’s authority to initiate other <br />enforcement actions that may include penalties for late reporting violations. <br /> <br />11.8 Payment of Outstanding Fees and Penalties <br /> <br />The Director may decline to issue or reissue an individual wastewater discharge permit <br />to any user who has failed to pay any outstanding fees, fines or penalties incurred as a <br />result of any provision of this ordinance, a previous individual wastewater discharge <br />permit, or any order issued hereunder.
